California Fish Grill “$300 Catering Giveaway” Sweepstakes — Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The California Fish Grill “$300 Catering Giveaway” Sweepstakes is offered on a monthly basis.

Each monthly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM PT on the final day of that calendar month (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received during one month will be eligible only for that month’s drawing. A new Sweepstakes Period begins on the first day of each following month.

How to Enter

During the applicable Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must complete the California Fish Grill catering giveaway entry form and provide the requested contact information, which may include:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any other information requested on the entry form

All required fields must be completed for an entry to be considered eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during each monthly Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at California Fish Grill’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

One (1) winner for each monthly Sweepstakes Period will receive a $300 California Fish Grill catering credit to be used toward an eligible California Fish Grill catering order.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300.

The prize:

  • May be used toward an eligible California Fish Grill catering order.
  • Is subject to California Fish Grill catering availability and applicable ordering requirements.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • May not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • May not be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise permitted by California Fish Grill.
  • Any portion of the prize not used in accordance with the redemption instructions or applicable expiration date may be forfeited.

Any costs exceeding the $300 prize value are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly Sweepstakes Period.

The winner for the previous month will be selected during the first week of the following month.

For example, entries received during October will be included in the October drawing, with the potential October winner selected during the first week of November.

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided with their entry and may be required to verify eligibility and provide additional information before receiving the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified by California Fish Grill, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of California Fish Grill, which shall be final and binding with respect to the Sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless California Fish Grill, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

California Fish Grill reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond California Fish Grill’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

California Fish Grill also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unfair manner.
